Canadian motocross history is written at the TransCan. With only 6 days to go til the gate drops, we’re going to look back at an unforgettable Walton memory every day til August 15th
In 2004, for the first time in Canadian Women’s motocross history, a full gate of women lined up for the championship. Top: Heidi Cooke gets some well-deserved congratulations from Walton’s Brett Lee after winning her fourth-consecutive Ladies title. Cooke has the points lead in the Eastern Canadian Championship with the final round at Sand Del Lee this weekend. Bottom: A young Kate McKerroll at the TransCan. McKerroll finished 12th overall at Loretta Lynn’s last week and will be on the gate at the TransCan in 2012.
